It is our great pleasure to invite you to the TuPA International Proteomics Congress // 6th National Proteomics Congress to be held in Kocaeli on October 11-12, 2024.

The scientific program will cover a wide range of current topics in cell biology and functional proteomics, structural proteomics, post-translational modification analysis, bioinformatics and multi-omics approaches.

The use of various high-tech mass spectrometers in combination with advanced bioinformatics applications has led to major advances in proteomic analysis approaches in recent years. In studies conducted in this field, it is possible to determine the profiles of different biomolecule groups in biological samples with high sensitivity and accuracy values, as well as to characterize various post-translational modifications in protein structures in detail. The fact that analyses in this field provide a wide range of information ranging from the identification of biomarkers that enable the detection of many diseases at early stages to the elucidation of biomolecular interaction mechanisms has brought the interest in this field to the highest level today.

In addition to invited speakers who are experts in their fields, our colleagues will have the chance to present their scientific studies in oral and poster sessions. The program will also focus on scientific education and social issues, and industry representatives will present the latest developments in the exhibition area. In addition, a theoretical and practical workshop titled "A step by step approach for label-free quantitative proteome analysis: From sample preparation to data acquisition and interpretation." will be held on October 10, 2024 for interested participants.

Proteomics Congress will take place at Kocaeli University Baki Komsuoğlu Congress and Culture Center. Within the scope of this valuable congress, we aim to present you a science recital including presentations of advanced international and national studies in the field of proteomics.
